YOUR JOB AS A TOUR GUIDE (M/F/D) AT MALLORCA AIRPORT:
- Welcoming and caring for our German speaking Guests directly at the airport – ensure a smooth start to their vacation.
- Support with Arrival and Departure, Transfers as well as problems with Airlines – offer quick and uncomplicated solutions.
- Organization and coordination of transfers between airports, hotels and other destinations – ensure that all guests arrive safely and on time.
- Close exchange with local partners, hotels and our service team – ensure seamless communication and high service quality.
Your profile:
- communication skills: You can communicate in a friendly and clear manner with guests and partners.
- Linguistic proficiency: Fluent German is a must, knowledge of other languages such as Spanish is a plus.
- High service orientation: You enjoy ensuring that guests have a pleasant holiday experience and are available to assist them with advice and assistance.
- Solution-oriented: Even in challenging situations such as strikes or flight delays, you keep a cool head and find pragmatic solutions. You are prepared to adapt to changing situations - without constantly looking at the clock.
- Team spirit: You enjoy working in an international environment and value collaboration with local colleagues and partners.
- Flexibility: Shift work and weekend shifts are no problem for you – you like the varied daily work at the airport.
Your benefits as a tour guide (M/F/D) at Mallorca Airport:
- Permanent Swiss employment contract – benefit from low social security contributions and a 5-day week.
- Industry-standard remuneration: Depending on your qualifications, your starting salary will be between EUR 500 and EUR 700 net per month, plus a monthly guaranteed commission of EUR 450 net and a meal allowance of EUR 375 net.
