YOUR TASKS AS A TOUR GUIDE (M/F/D) AT MALLORCA AIRPORT:

  • Welcoming and caring for our German speaking Guests directly at the airport – ensure a smooth start to your holiday.
  • Support with Arrival and Departure, Transfers as well as in case of problems with Airlines – offer fast and uncomplicated solutions.
  • Organization and coordination From transfers between airports, hotels and other destinations – ensure that all guests arrive safely and on time.
  • Close exchange with local partners, hotels and our service team – ensure seamless communication and high service quality.

YOUR PROFILE

    • communication skillsYou can communicate with guests and partners in a friendly and clear manner.
    • Linguistic proficiency: Fluent German skills are a must; additional language skills such as Spanish are a plus.
    • High service orientationThey enjoy providing guests with a pleasant holiday experience and assisting them with advice and support.
    • Solution-oriented: Even in challenging situations like strikes or flight delays, you keep a cool head and find pragmatic solutions. You are ready to adapt to changing situations – without constantly looking at the big picture.
    • Team spirit: You enjoy working in an international environment and value collaboration with local colleagues and partners.
    • Flexibility: Shift work and weekend shifts are no problem for you – you enjoy the varied daily work routine at the airport.
