    Virtual Travel Support (m/f/d) – Mobile Working Abroad

    They are the first point of contact for our travelers on their travel adventures worldwide – always ready when unexpected situations arise.

    YOUR PROFILE:

    • Experience as a tour guide, in a travel agency, tour operator or in the hotel industry – you are a passionate tourism professional.
    • Experience in a contact center/customer service – you are a professional in dealing with customers.
    • Fluent German, good English skills, French an advantage – multilingualism is a matter of course for you.
    • Customer-oriented mindset – You confidently support disgruntled customers and solve problems quickly and empathetically.
    • Communicative and enjoys interacting with people – you enjoy looking after travelers and contributing to a positive holiday experience.
    • You are a team player as well as able to work independently – you work in a structured manner and remain calm even in challenging situations.
    • Familiar with IT applications (Windows) 365) and systems – you are talented and open to learning new systems.
    • Willingness to work shifts (including weekends and night shifts) – you are flexible.
    • You are an EU or Swiss citizen with a valid identity card or passport.
    • Willingness to relocate to one of our deployment locations abroad (e.g. Spain).

    YOUR TASKS:

    • Providing support to our travelers during their trip via telephone, email and WhatsApp – patient, friendly, solution-oriented.
    • Handling and documenting requests and providing support until the best possible solution is found – you ensure that everything gets back on track.
    • Handling of rebooking requests (e.g. flight rebookings, hotel changes) – You adapt trips according to your wishes.
    • Support in emergency and crisis situations – you provide our travelers with helpful information.
    • Close collaboration with the specialist departments of the organizers and partners in the holiday regions ensures seamless communication and high service quality.
