Saturday is market day!

Around the Moorish-looking market halls with their characteristic onion domes, which are the center of Loulé, farmers from the region join them every Saturday.

Here you will find countless stands selling everything the region has to offer: sausages, fruit, vegetables, herbs and of course the treasures of the Algarve - honey and olive oil.

Baskets, hats, bags and other handicrafts also await you at the market. But even on weekdays there are always fresh products to buy in the market halls.

You can also explore the town of Loulé itself, which has a lot to offer with many small shops, shady squares, churches and the city park. Enjoy a coffee in one of the numerous cafés or visit the Moorish Castle, behind the market halls, with its beautiful inner courtyard.
