Where do I need to go after arriving at the airport?
Upon arrival at Djerba Airport, your DERTOUR Group tour representative will meet you in the arrivals hall (after leaving the security and baggage area). There you will receive further information about your booked transfer.

How long does the drive to the hotel take?
Please note that the duration of a shared transfer varies depending on traffic volume and the number of hotels to be visited.
Due to entry formalities with the border police, waiting times for shared transfers may be up to 60 minutes before departure. The waiting time also depends on the number of arriving guests scheduled for the respective transfer.
Please go to the bus parking area immediately after being assigned a transfer bus to avoid unnecessary waiting times for other passengers.
