If your hotel does not currently offer visiting hours, we are happy to assist you virtually via email, phone, or chat. If you cannot find your tour guide at the agreed meeting point, please contact the hotel reception first. If you do not receive any information there, please remain on site for a few minutes, as the tour guide may still be en route.
