Description
You drive towards Corralejo to take the ferry to Playa Blanca (Lanzarote) from there. A coach awaits you there and will take you to the mountains of fire. There you have the opportunity to visit the fantastic lunar landscape.
At the “Islote de Hilario” geothermal anomalies are shown and then you go on a crater tour, the so-called “Ruta de los Volcanes”. In La Geria (wine-growing region) you stop in the middle of this fascinating landscape - with the opportunity to try a sip of Lanzarote wine. Lunch will take place en route.
Strengthened by lunch, you cross the island north to the Jameos del Agua volcanic tunnel. From there it goes to the southern part of the island to marvel at the “Costa de la Lava”, the so-called lava coast - panoramic view of the salt pans of Janubio and Los Hervideros, which are caused by the action of the sea and the erosion of the wind carved into rock is included.
Finally, drive to Playa Blanca to take the ferry back to Fuerteventura.
