The Highlights of Fuerteventura tour first takes you along the west coast to Ajuy. There you take a short walk to the famous caves. Impressive waves break on the cliffs and have created an interesting cave landscape.

We continue to Pajara, a small, idyllic town with its pretty houses and its church, known for its Aztec portal. From there the journey continues through the island's mountains to Vega de Rio Palma.

Then you visit Betancuria, the former capital of the island. Enjoy a short walk through this historic place. A special highlight awaits you is the country hotel Mahoh in Villa Verde, which has been lovingly and faithfully rebuilt according to old plans. At the hotel's restaurant you can taste Canarian appetizer delicacies such as goat meat, fish, cheese, ham and the famous Mousse de Gofio.

Another stop on this day is the impressive shifting dunes of the Las Dunas de Corralejo Nature Reserve. One of the most famous photo opportunities on the island. On the way back you will visit an aloe vera farm and learn everything special about this extraordinary plant and its surprising effects.
