Where do I need to go after arriving at the airport?
Upon arrival at Gran Canaria Airport, please go to the DERTOUR Group office at number 16 in the International Arrivals Hall (Terminal 2). There, you will be greeted by your tour representative and provided with further information about your booked transfer.

What can I do if I can't find anyone at the airport?

How long does the drive to the hotel take?
Please note that the duration of a shared shuttle transfer varies depending on traffic volume and the number of hotels being served. There is no limit to the number of hotels served.
There may also be a waiting time of up to 1 hour at the airport before the transfer departs. This depends on the number of arriving guests scheduled for this transfer and is entirely beyond our control.
Alternatively, we recommend booking a private transfer to take you directly to your accommodation.

The European Commission's Civil Aviation Safety Regulation applies to all departures from airports within the European Union, and since March 1, 2009, also from Turkey. This regulation limits the amount of liquids that travelers may carry in hand luggage through security checkpoints.
