In addition to the goods you brought with you on your trip from Germany, Austria and the Netherlands and are reimporting as so-called returned goods, the following goods remain exempt from import duties as souvenirs, provided you import them exclusively for personal use or as a gift:
Tobacco products
If you are at least 17 years old:
200 cigarettes or
100 cigarillos or
50 cigars or
250 g of smoking tobacco or a proportion of the tobacco products.
Alcohol and beverages containing alcohol
If you are at least 17 years old:
1 l of spirits with an alcohol content of more than 22% vol. or
1 l of undenatured ethyl alcohol with an alcohol content of 80% vol. or more or
2 l of alcohol and alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content of up to 22% vol.
or a proportionate combination of these goods and
4 l non-sparkling wines
16 liters of beer.

Other goods / souvenirs
These goods are exempt from import duties up to a total value of €430. For travelers under 15 years of age, the allowance is set at €175, regardless of the chosen mode of transport; this excludes unworked or semi-finished gold alloys and plating.
The following regulations apply to Austria:

It is forbidden to bring tobacco products that are purchased abroad and on which the warning notices do not comply with the provisions of this law (warning notices in German) to Austria in the following quantities:
200 cigarettes or
100 cigarillos (no more than 3 g unit weight) or
50 cigars or
250 g smoking tobacco or
a proportional combination of these goods up to a maximum of 250 g.
