Contact Center Agent (m/f/d) – Flexible working in the home office!

We are always available to assist our guests with advice and support – and look forward to welcoming you as a new team member!

Your tasks as a contact center agent:

  • care of our German-speaking guests worldwide by phone and email
  • Support with problems with the airline, transfer or in the hotel
  • editing of Rebooking requests (e.g. flight rebooking, hotel change)

  • Close cooperation with our colleagues in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and in the target areas

Your profile:

  • You have professional experience in tourism (e.g. travel agency, tour operator)
  • Professional experience in a call center and customer service is also an advantage
  • You speak German fluently and have a good knowledge of English.
  • You have good communication skills and enjoy virtual contact with people.
  • You have a high degree of initiative and responsibility.
  • You have a quick comprehension and are experienced in using MS Office applications.
  • You are willing to work shifts (including weekend and night shifts).
  • You are an EU or Swiss citizen with a valid identity card or passport.
