YOUR TASKS AS A SERVICE CENTER AGENT (M/F/D):
- care of our German-speaking travelers in Mallorca and Menorca by phone and email – offer first-class, friendly customer service.
- Support with challenges with airlines, transfers and Hotels – find efficient solutions and ensure that our travelers receive the best possible service.
- Complaint management – professional handling of concerns and quick, satisfactory solutions for our travelers.
- editing of flight rebookings, Hotel changes and other requests to enable our guests to have flexible travel plans.
- Close collaboration with our teams in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the local tour guides – ensure a smooth service process.
YOUR PROFILE
- Communication strengths: You communicate in a friendly and clear manner with travelers and partners.
- Linguistic proficiency: Fluent German and good English skills are required; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Service orientation: You enjoy providing our guests with first-class service and demonstrate empathy.
- Solution-oriented: You tackle challenges confidently and find quick, practical solutions.
