Through the southwest to the paradise beach

This excursion takes you to the beach of Elafonisi, one of the most beautiful beaches in Crete, and to the foothills of the White Mountains in the extreme southwest of the island.

The journey leads through numerous small villages through the interior to the south of the island.

Your destination: Elafonisi, the wonderfully shimmering, fine sandy beach! The crystal clear water invites you to swim. Due to the mixture of the sand with tiny corals, it shimmers pink in places. Let yourself be enchanted by the blaze of colors of the sea and the last paradise of Crete.

On the way back from Elafonisi you will visit the former capital Chania. With a stroll through the old town with the famous buildings in the Cretan-Venetian style, you can end the day with a coffee at the romantic harbor.
