Discovering the Berber villages
The excursion begins with the drive to Takrouna. Once you arrive at the foot of the Berber village, you will have the opportunity to stop for photos and enjoy the impressive view. The guide will tell you more about the traditions and history of the Berbers, the indigenous people of North Africa.
The panoramic view of the village, which is located on a 190-meter-high hill, is breathtaking.
The journey then continues to the old Berber village of Zriba. After arrival, you will visit the village and explore the surrounding area.
The next stop is Jeradou. After arrival, you will have free time to explore the Berber village. A visit to the artisans will allow you to learn about the art of "halfa" weaving.
On the way back to Sousse, you will make a short stop in Hergla, where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the fishing port.
