Should adverse weather conditions or other external circumstances arise that are beyond our reasonable control, the flight may be cancelled at short notice and at no cost to the customer. Rebooking is possible by arrangement. If no rebooking is made, the flight price will be refunded.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control – including adverse weather conditions, technical problems or government restrictions – DerTour and/or the service provider accept no liability for additional costs incurred due to flight delays or cancellations.

The route and duration of the flight may change due to air traffic control regulations or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of HeliDubai.
