Go Vacation Spain SLU acts as an agent and the services offered are subject to change. In the event of a cancellation, payments already made will be refunded as quickly as possible, taking the cancellation fees into account.

0% cancellation fee for bookings canceled more than 48 hours before the excursion date
50% cancellation fee for bookings canceled less than 48 hours before the excursion date
100% cancellation fee for bookings canceled less than 24 hours before the excursion date
100% cancellation fee for no-shows (except in case of illness, in which case a medical certificate must be presented)
