The tour guide and your tour operator are not responsible for the contractual fulfillment of the services and are not liable for service disruptions, personal injuries and property damage in connection with these third-party services, unless the breach of duty is due to intent or gross negligence. The executing company reserves the right to make changes to the excursion program.
